The HCMC Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO)

HUFO is a social-political organization operating under the leadership of the HCMC Party Committee and the HCMC People’s Committee. It is also a member of both the HCMC Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations. Currently, there are 31 Friendship Associations (F.A.) within the HUFO network, covering a wide range of countries including ASEAN members, Russia, Australia, France, Germany, the United States, and many others.

The Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam–Singapore Friendship Association (HVSFA)

HVSFA is an organization based in Ho Chi Minh City, a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO) as well as the Central Vietnam-Singapore Friendship Association. The primary mission of HVSFA is to promote mutual understanding, friendship, and solidarity between the people of Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Minh City, and Singapore. HVSFA organizes a variety of activities to strengthen the ties between Vietnam and Singapore, including the promotion of trade, economic cooperation, cultural exchanges, and educational collaboration.
