PROCESS

Get Started in 3 Simple Steps

Preparation and Pre-Qualification

Complete online courses on Gateway such as Career Management 101, Personal Branding, and Resume & Interviews. Candidates will also have to achieve a minimum score of 60% in an online English proficiency test.

The duration of this phase depends on each individual's learning pace and competency, with a minimum duration of one month. Candidates invest US$99 per month for access to these courses.

Internship Application

After completing Part 1, candidates will submit their application form and can proceed to terminate their subscription for Part 1. They gain access to a job board displaying all existing vacancies, where they actively apply for internships in four categories: Business Development, Digital Marketing, Software Development, and Operations.

Internship Placement

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for interviews with potential employers. Successful candidates receive internship offers, while unsuccessful candidates are provided with alternative internships to consider.

The processing time for placement averages 4-6 weeks, with a maximum of 8 weeks from the time of application. Successful placements incur a placement fee of S$330 (~US$240), deducted from the first 2 months' salary.
